Working directly for Costello Medical but taking on the design provided by The Workplace Consultants, our fit-out team brought the space to life. Our brief was to fit out the interior of a large floor in a new build office building in the heart of Cambridge. As the building was brand new we experienced and discovered issues with the base build. We had to work with these constraints without it affecting the programme.

Working collaboratively with the building management team, the base build contractors, the client and the designers, we worked our way through the issues and completed the fit out within budget and programme . This included partitioning to create a sub let area and rooms/offices, new carpet and vinyl flooring, solid ceilings with timber slats and a rather impressive tea point/kitchen. The client was delighted with the process and their new inspirational office space.
